Waterfront Pantry
Waterfront Pantry, the sister venue to Waurn Ponds Estate, is a newly established caterer, provincial café, and event space located at Deakin University’s Waterfront Campus.
When hosting your next conference at Deakin’s Costa Hall, you can expect bountiful salads, fresh sandwiches, exquisite coffee by Blend Co, and Cobb Lane pastries supplied by Waterfront Pantry. Not only is the Pantry the official caterer for Costa Hall’s 1,400 pax conference centre, but it can also host up to 270 guests for cocktail functions and 150 guests for banquets, making it a serious contender for your next corporate event.
Host an informal meeting in the Waterfront Pantry’s café with delicious à la carte menu featuring European-inspired dishes, or book one of Deakin’s meeting rooms in the Geelong Corporate Centre, where the team can bring the catering to you.

With five meeting rooms and a conference space accommodating up to 60 people, Murran is an ideal venue for business events. Named after the Wadawurrung word for Eucalypt Leaf, Murran embodies the spirit of community collaboration and growth, providing a culturally safe space while contributing to the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander economy.
